    Info 5 star… production quality 2 star
Art has great info but he is usually half the volume of the guest which makes it difficult to listen to.

Big, critical info in bitesize, actionable tips
Recently discovered this podcast and I’m glad I did. I love the format; quick tidbits of focused, actionable advice that is easily digestible. This helps to focus on one or two aspects of sales each day and build a solid repertoire of tools. Not everything in the podcast is groundbreaking but sometimes we need to be reminded of the solid principles we already “know.” Keep it up, Art!

    Add to your podcast playlist!
I met Art back in 1998 when he came to Minneapolis to speak to the staff at a regional business magazine. Gave us all copies of his book “Telephone Tips That Sell”. Fast forward 20 years and I’m in a new venture where I need to become better at selling. I immediately remembered Art and located his podcast and it’s been a go-to ever since. Art was a sales and marketing influencer before it was even a thing.

Listened to your most recent episode & really appreciated your insight on the credibility technique off calling out minor flaws! Similar to How To Win Friends & Influence people - this is something I subconsciously know to do but it was enlightening to hear it said! Keep putting out good content!

    One of the Greats!
I was fortunate enough to come across this podcast and every episode had great content! Mr. Sobczak was able to provide real world scenarios and relate them to sales tactics we should be using while making our “smart calls”. A great mentor and I was able to share this with my entire sales team so they could also learn so much from him! Thank you for all that you do and I will continue to be an avid listener!

    Rant: Beware of Bad Advice
Art, loved your rant today. Well said. Something everyone in sales working hard and wondering why they are not selling more should listen to. Salesreps should pick their mentors carefully, your advice leads away from the crazy and creates a solid foundation for sales success free of gimmicks and myths. Scott Channnell
  • Art's lessons are moneymakers
Excellent lesson on Why and How to use scripts effectively
Art, this is one of the best audio lessons I’ve heard from you. It combines many great lessons from your past teachings on WHY to use scripts and HOW to use them. You cover the importance of having a value-oriented reason to call, the fallacy of why ‘Sales is a numbers game’, Quality activity over Quantity activity is always best, and more. I’ll keep this lesson in my treasured folder of other great Art email lessons you’ve sent over the years. Thanks Again! - Jack Craft

    The Best There Is
Art is the best in the world at customizing your "Cold" outreach messages. Art knows more than anyone in the world about customizing your outreach messages. How to make your prospect feel "chosen" and not just another name on a list. His approach is essential not only for phone, but any media (email, LinkedIn etc.) you use to prospect for new business. His teachings do not stop just at prospecting; I'm not sure there is anyone who has done more to distill the exact words to say at every step in the sales process. It is impossible to not learn something from every episode of this podcast. If everyone in the world listened to this show, World GDP would double, and there would be no poverty.

If there is one thing I can rely on, it's the advice and suggestion of Art Sobczak
When it comes to sales, if there is one person I can rely on, it is Art Sobczak. His advice, suggestions, and ideas have made me successful both in sales and, many years later, owning my own business and coaching others how to "help people buy" (as opposed to sell). I have been a disciple of the techniques of Art Sobczak since 1989. Go Art and the art of selling!! Thank you for shaping my career and my success.
